google plugins does not work on eclipse in ubuntu 10.10 desktop edition

i installed eclipse gallielo with google plugins on ubuntu 10.04 LTS and today i upgraded to ubuntu 10.10 beta.

Now these plugins no longer appear in eclipse.

i know how to install gae plugins on eclipse.

This worked fine for me till ubuntu 10.04. This issue is specific after upgrading to 10.10 beta.
