Okay what happens when you open a terminal (Applications>Accessories>Terminal) and type in:

sudo apt-get update

(type in your password when it asks)

Open a Terminal window, then enter in there:

sudo apt-get update

Then post the output of that please.

Then enter:

sudo apt-get install -f

Post the output of that also.

What exact "dpkg" command are you trying to run?

sudo dpkg --configure -a
sudo apt-get -f install
sudo apt-get --fix-missing install
sudo apt-get clean
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get upgrade
sudo apt-get dist-upgrade
sudo apt-get clean

"You must run manually dpkg service" is not something that dpkg would output... Please post the **exact** commands you're executing, and the **exact** error messages output by those commands for us to troubleshoot.

Can you help with this problem?

Provide an answer of your own, or ask Paadek for more information if necessary.
