DPKG errors: cannot install anything more

Cause a bug with Gnome keyring I made a mistake and removed the DPKG so I cannot update now!
I cannot install DPKG and it is an example of vicious cycle!

dpkg is a simple program I think, you can probably copy/paste it from the liveCD. It should be in /usr/bin

I did it, very simple using sudo Thunair let me copy and paste.
It seems now there are other problems and error generated form the first fu*#*ng bug on Gnome Keyring.
