How to use several installs of dokuwiki on one server?

I'm running Apache on my server, and host more than one domain on it. I would very much like to have a dokuwiki running under two of the domains. How do I do that (the easiest/best way) with the Ubuntu version of dokuwiki?

Ubuntu-version I'm running is 11.04
