cant upload or send images as no toolbar visible

no toolbar with 'images' at top or anywhere,or 'camera' so cant click anywhere to find way to connect to camera or send image by email.
I have images albums etc but can do nothing with them when I want to reduce and send them as there are no words at the top where the words camera,images etc used to be and it doesnt seem to be 'hidden'...if it is I cant un-hide it!

As you connect the camera via USB, if should also me mounted as a mass storage. Try finding it under "Places" in dolphin.
