I hope this will give an opportunity to translate diff-ext in more languages.
As am not an administrator for the project I can not upload the template even though it is available.

As translator I've translated diff-ext to Russian. The translation is included in the project distribution itself.

I have created a bug report to the launchpad translation team for adding the package diff-ext to rosetta.

Hope this solves your question and they will do this soon.
