Deluge disturbs other traffic

Hi there.

I'm running a fully updated 7.10.

When I'm downloading anything through deluge, all other http-traffic seems to stop working (that is, fails to find any pages on the internet). Some things, like IM continues to work (that's why I believe it might be http-related).

Know anything about this problem?
