adding new package: ugene

Hello,
is it possible to add new package to this metapackage? I'm suggesting UGENE - integrated bioninformatics suite.

The usual procedure is to open a "needs packaging" bug (but perhaps there is a specific procedure to include an already packaged soft in a metapackage?). See https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+bugs?field.tag=needs-packaging for some examples.
