Choosing draft/normal/photo print quality?

Is there a way of choosing draft/normal/photo print quality?

"Print Quality
Print quality is generally measured in DPI (dots per inch). A greater DPI value should result in better print quality.

Choose Draft for making quick draft prints which don't use much ink
Choose Best Quality or Photo for making high quality prints. Printing will be slower and will use more ink"

is this a question or a comment?

if it is a question, print quality is set in the "option" dialogue when you print your photo/document. some print drivers have this feature, others do not.

HP Deskjet 1120c has a draft option, Canon PIXMA MP180 doesn't.
