/user/lib/cups/filter/pstoraster failed-filter not working

When I have installed CUPS first time on linux centos and use it with EPSON printer then it works fine.But my IP address of printer was change due to some reason that way cups not working ,not printing.So I have uninstall the cups and printer and then install according to the IP of printer.And then I try to print out then I found /user/lib/cups/filter/pstoraster failed error and did not get printout.I get test page from printer through linux server but when send request to server from another machine then it did not work give above mention error.Please advise I have check almost all solution provided on google.

Centos is not supported here. This is Ubuntu support. Centos support is entirely separate from Ubuntu's. I suggest you post here:
