cannot install compiz config settings manager

cannot install compiz config settings manager, comes up up with this
This error could be caused by required additional software packages which are missing or not installable. Furthermore there could be a conflict between software packages which are not allowed to be installed at the same time.
HELP !!!

Hi please do this:
1. Open a terminal by hitting CTRL + ALT + T
2. Insert and run this commands, than copy and paste here the result:
lsb_release -a
sudo apt-get install compizconfig-settings-manager

copy and paste here the result.
