how do i access this file /home/username/.config/google-chrome/Local State

basically I'm trying to access this file called "Local State" in my user profile folder.
but I don't know how to access it and where to access it from

do I do it from home folder because when I try I have problems from the ubuntu one sync

if you run:

gedit ~/.config/google-chrome/Local\ State

I assume the files and folders are correct and that you used the correct case. If you want you can open nautilus and press CTRL+H and you can use the GUI and open the file you desire.

thanks that help I open via terminal
I guess that other file command was for windows
