Why does it take so long to get ClamTK GUI updates?

The current version of ClamTK's GUI engine is 4.30, while the available version is four releases behind at 4.26. It seems to me that when we choose to get the backports, we should actually get them, warts and all.

sudo add-apt-repository ppa:ubuntu-clamav/ppa ; sudo apt-get update; sudo apt-get upgrade
