Staat der nederlanden CA

hi Team,
the default CA bundle contains staat_der_nederlanden ca certificates
this certificate is managed by the government.
due to a change in the Local law in the netherlands the goverment is allowed to create/use fake certificates to capture traffic from its citizens without a warrent.
they will use this trusted certificate to do so therefore i would like to request the removal of those certificates from the default CA bundle.
by doing this it will be not be in the default install of Ubuntu.
