Brasero has problem burning ISO files

Help suggests clicking the properties button and lowering the write speed for higher reliability, but there is no properties button displayed. The buttons I see are Project, Edit, Tools, and Help. Nothing withing suggests a way to change the speed.

So I proceed again. Seems to finish, opens drive door, closes it, and opens it again. Then displays an error:

    Session error : You do not have the required permissions to use this drive (brasero_burn_record brasero-burn.c:2856)

Why would it come up with this error after burning the file. The file is Clonezilla.iso if it matters. Here are the final messages from the brasero log.
