bluetooth does not connect for ubuntu 14.04

I have vaio SVF15413SNB with ubuntu 14.04LTS , bluetooth does not connect any devices and it is also not visible in any devices,
please give me solution.

What is the output of:

lsb_release -a; uname -a; lsusb; dmesg | grep -i blue

In terminal

wget https://www.dropbox.com/s/prxmhz1zvt0chdc/fw-0489_e062.hcd

sudo cp fw-0489_e062.hcd /lib/firmware/fw-0489_e062.hcd

sudo modprobe -r btusb

sudo modprobe btusb

Then check dmesg to see if the firmware loaded

dmesg | tail

Does the lsusb command show the bluetooth device now? It should show ID 0489:e062
