Once a ubuntu version is released only security updates or really important updates make it to the repositories. Eventually this version might be backported, but you should wait for the next version of ubuntu.

Hi,

there is still no basket 1.3 in Ubuntu 8.10 beta. When will it get updated? There are some important features coming with 1.3.
