Banshee problems

I am having real headaches getting ubuntuone cloud to sync with my computer. Can I download directly from Ubuntuone to Banshee? I seem to remember doing this before.

Yes. To enable the UbuntuOne Music Store in Banshee (though it is probably enabled already, by default):

Edit > Preferences
Extensions tab > Online Sources category > Ubuntu One Music Store (check the box)

To use the UbuntuOne Music Store in Banshee once it is enabled, click "Ubuntu One Music Store" in the left pane, under "Online Media" (this is probably near the bottom left of the Banshee window).

This should work for music you have purchased or wish to purchase from the UbuntuOne Music Store. But if you have music in your personal cloud storage that is not from the UbuntuOne Music Store, then this will not work.
