aptoncd package

APTonCD crashes always

My APTonCD crashes in middle continuously . . i don't know what's wrong . .i could get only this report when i tried with terminal

raj@rajLinuxMachine:~$ aptoncd
Reading package lists... Done
Building dependency tree
Reading state information... Done
FATAL -> Failed to fork.
raj@rajLinuxMachine:~$ sudo aptoncd
[sudo] password for raj:
Reading package lists... Done
Building dependency tree
Reading state information... Done
FATAL -> Failed to fork.
raj@rajLinuxMachine:~$

Any help please. .
