creating repository in ubuntu 8.10

I'm download all the software using synaptic package manager, after that i want to create repository to give my friends, who don't have Internet connections. So how can I prepare that kind of repository ..................................
Please help me .

you can use aptoncd to put the repos on to cd's / dvd's

APTonCD is a tool with a graphical interface which allows you to create one or more CDs or DVDs with all of the packages you've downloaded via apt-get or aptitude, creating a removable repository that you can use on other computers
