update's error message

I've been trying to do an update to my version of ubuntu but I've received this error message:(alfie@ubuntu:~$ sudo apt-get update

It seems the medibuntu archive for Intrepid you have in your sources won't work any longer. Can you disable it via System->Administration->Software Sources and try again?
