Ubuntu 12.04 system error message

"Sorry Ubuntu 12.04 has experienced an internal error if you notice further problems try restartimg the computer"

Already tried that but the machine spontanoeusly sends the same error.

Message details "Executable path /usr/share/apport/apport-gpu-error-intel.py"

only trying to broswe internet

restarted computer as advised

i don't know what i think should happen other than not get the error message

try

sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get upgrade

and if still your system report error please revert back
