How do I to use apport-collect from tty on live pen drive?

I am having a problem with the live CD (or Pen Drive): the X server never starts, I just see the whole screen with corrupted graphics. I reported the bug to launchpad and developers requested me to use apport-collect to add the information to the bug. Now, the problem is that I cannot use the X server at all. I read somewhere I needed to use apport-cli, but it also requests the browser to open for me to select that apport-cli can send information... so, it´s a catch 22.
How should I report the bug information from TTY?
