amsn permission denied trying to copy some skin file

Hi all, Using Ubuntu 10.04 with all updates.

I like to use aMSN as my main messenger on my system all works well apart from below.
I downloaded some skins into Home/Mike/Downloads/MSN I tried to copy them into Filesystem/USR/Share/aMSN/Skins but I get told permission denied. They are of course unpacked.

How do I copy them please?

I tried
Gnome Commander, Krusader, Konqueror, and File manager super user mode all with no luck.

Please type alt+f2 and then type

gksudo nautilus

then try to copy...
