Audio sound is not working properly Ubuntu 20.X

I have Ubuntu 20.04.5 LTS in my lenovo think pad e460. It has sound problem.
The sound setting shows input: Internal micro phone- built in audio and output:Speakers built in audio.
The sound is very low and vibrating so not clear
