So you need to REPLACE the following line:

options snd-hda-intel model=auto

with the following line

options snd-hda-intel model=thinkpad

 You need to REMOVE the following line:

options snd-hda-intel model=ideapad

So you should avoid model options auto and ideapad.

Try model option model=thinkpad instead.

Then reboot and retest.

Headphones now work but microphone both internal and jack is not working.

Asking complete strangers to access your system is a really dumb idea. They will have full access to all your data and stored passwords. Thinks about it.
