The mouse icon will not respond to my Klondike solitaire game

I seem to have lost the ability to move the appropriate cards by moving the mouse.
When I move the icon to the card to be moved the card turns blue and will not move.
I have tried all the possibilities that I canthink of to no avail.

I'm guessing you have "Click to Move" enabled in the Control menu. It's an accessibility feature that enables moving cards by clicking on the card to move followed by the destination, rather than dragging.

Can you help with this problem?
