Error on LIVE CD installation

Hello,
I Have compaq presario v3504 with c2duo T7300 2.0Ghz
intel GMA GM 965 Express Chipset
120 GB HDD n i wanna install the ubuntu to my laptop
but..during the loading of the live cd..it will crash n go output to the shel..even i had try using ubuntu alternate,it more worst it crash at a language choose..
can somebody help my problem??!

I Had try to check the MD 5 of the CD and its no problem..i had also test on my another laptop..and its works well..
Only on my Compaq presario v3504 the problem comes out..even almost all linux distro i can't isntal on this laptop except OpenSuse 10.2 but it still had a graphical problem..
It's a problem with the 965 intel chipset?!

It could well be, I had an issue with my intel onboard (Mobile 915GM/PM/GMS/910GML)

Only the alternate feisty version worked on it :)

Hm..yeah it's work on other intel chipset but not on mine..
n ubuntu alternate will crash at language selection

It must be your chipset, have you looked here
