Launchpad bugs permissions?

Alright so here's what happened: the bug database or one of the bug
triage people recognized that the bug is a duplicate of another bug
being worked upon. The other one has some sensitive information like
passwords so its private. The reason your bug is being marked duplicate
is because it being worked upon and a fix will be very soon released. So
thanks for reporting the bugs, and be assured we will fix the problem.
