can not install from image file

Some hours ago I had downloaded image file .iso
 Kubuntu ver.9.10, and wrote in on CD-R. After that I have realized
 that I can not install on my PC`s, because something wrong is in your
 installation image file. I have met same problem in the previous time
 with your image file. I do not any problem with your installation
 original CD. What is that problem? I have downloaded image file from server of Latvia

Downloading an image doesn't always guarantee that you are going to have a perfect ISO because of some errors that may occur while downloading. A better solution would be to check CD for defects or after downloading the ISO check for the hash.

I'd check if the image has been download correctly by checking the md5sum of the image:

md5sum nameofimage.iso

..where nameofimage.iso is the name of the ISO image.

check with the md5sums of the kubuntu images here: http://releases.ubuntu.com/kubuntu/karmic/MD5SUMS

If that's OK, then do the same on the burnt CD-ROM image:

md5sum /dev/sr0

This should at least show you if your images are OK or not.
