installation of ubuntu

is that able to install ubunto linux 9.04 in a intel pentium 3 -600 mhz system which having one 128 mb ram and one 256 mb ram

Hi,

Ubuntu on the 128MB Ram-PC won't work, because it is under the minimun requirements (256mb); on the other pc it will run, but it'll be very very slow.
You can try Xubuntu, which uses Xfce instead on Gnome as a Desktop Environment: Xfce is lighter than Gnome.

Otherwise I suggest that you use LXDE, another very very fast and light DE: it is in Ubuntu's repositories.
