i cant find a divx player for ubuntu9.04

i WATCH ALOT OF MOVIES ONLINE AND SOME PROMPT ME FOR A DIVX PLAYER IS THERE ONE FOR UBUNTU.AND ALSO WONDERING IF ANYONE KNOWS OF A SITE THAT I CAN DOWNLOAD MOVIES FOR UBUNTU I TRIED EARLIER BUT IT WONT FINISH DOWNLOADING THE FILE.NOT SURE IF IT IS BECAUSE I HAVE UBUNTU OR WHAT.THANKS N E HEP IS APPRECIATED
