how can i publish(to make a bootable DVD of) my ubuntu with all softwares installed in it?

i want to make a bootable image of my ubuntu partition and burn it on a DVD and give it to my friends to install it on their own PCs. is there any way or software which i use? please help
i tried ghost4linux but it make a backup of whole partition which is 30GB and you know...
i appreciate all your helps
