formatting of windows

well i want to know after restalling windows we should install the grub through cd...but the problem is that i don't have a ubuntu cd from where i installed ubuntu.....so how can i ?Is there any other way....

You will need a bootable Linux setup of some sort to do this, so you can use the grub program. You might try:

1) downloading an Ubuntu ISO file and burning a new LiveCD. That way you will have an Ubuntu CD again.

2) If your computer can boot from a USB stick and you have one, you can download the Windows version of unetbootin (http://unetbootin.sourceforge.net/) and create a bootable USB stick. From there, you should be able to use grub.
