release notes for Ubunty 9.04

Whenever I boot up Ubuntu 9.04 Tracker tries to reindex everything.
How do I turn it off?
The release notes mentioned it but I don't know how to find them

Hi

Go to System->Preferences->Search and Indexing

On the dialog box that opens, click the General tab, and uncheck the box that says Enable Indexing
