What command to run to identify the display is XGA or SXGA+

Asked by Andrew

I have a old DELL laptop D610. I can get at most 1024x768 resolution to the max. As per documentation D610 can be shipped with XGA or SXGA+ which provides higher resolution. How do I identify the display? I searched on /var/log/messages, dmesg and ran dmidecode and no information available on display.

Thanks
Andrew
