After running pwmconfig, case fans running @ 100%

Hi, so I recently tried lowering my fan speeds a little in Ubuntu, read online about pwmconfig. As soon as I’ve run it and continued with the CLI, my fan speeds are now running at 100% and I can’t seem to change them back to default/lower rpm. Any help please would be highly appreciated.

If I was to rm Fancontrol would this revert settings back to default ?
