Rythmbox doesn't see Iphone 8 plus on Ubuntu 22.02

I am running Ubuntu 22.02. When trying to sync my iPhone using rhytmbox, it simply doesn't recognize it. However, clementine does see it but doesn't display anything. I am wondering if can I get some assistance with that matter. Thanks!

Which Ubuntu release are you running? "Ubuntu 22.02" does not exist.

For diagnostic purposes please copy/paste the output of the following commands (to be executed in a terminal window) into this question document:

uname -a
lsb_release -crid
apt policy rhythmbox
