Needing a Gitlab runner to verify an authorization claim

How would I go about getting a gitlab runner to authorize a claim?

When I am calling in my script:

 bzr launchpad-login [username]

I am currently getting an error message:

 TokenAuthorizationTimedOut(
 launchpadlib.credentials.TokenAuthorizationTimedOut: Timed out after 900 seconds.

And a link to the authorization page starting with https://launchpad.net/+authorize-token?

When I go to that link it sets an unclaimed token for the [username] in launchpad

But I'm guessing I need it to become a claimed token for things to work.

Any help / guide would be appreciated to get that unclaimed token into a claimed one.
