Realtek ALC285 audio kernel fix not working for me?
I have a Lenono laptop using Intel HD Audio and a Realtek ALC287 audio codec which produces a lot of digital noise through the headphone output.
The command "sudo hda-verb /dev/snd/hwC0D0 0x1d SET_PIN_
which is also described here https:/
It appears that it was patched here:
https:/
which is included in subsequent versions.
I am on kernel 5.15.0-73-generic but I also updated to v6.1.32 and the problem remains, inless I execute the hds-verb command myself.
I am on Mint Vera based on Jammy
Should this be working based on the kernel patch I found, or is it another problem with the fix not being enabled somehow?
