tried to change ubuntu password..says i gotta do it HERE in launchpad?

I tried to change password in ubuntu. says: you have ubuntu in launchpad and must change it there !

Error: Because you have a Launchpad account, you need to change your username from Launchpad.

Log in to your account..
First go to your user page in your case it is : https://launchpad.net/~dduran1210-gmail
On our Launchpad user page in the upper right portion of the page it has "Change password" open it.
Personal Details : It will have at the middle of this page: To edit any details on this page, you must confirm your current password.
Fill out all of the information and at the bottom of the page click on: Save Changes
