Brand new NUC Hangs at starup on kubuntu 20.04

I just installed Kubuntu 20.04 LTS on to a brand new Intel NUC computer model NUC10i5FNH (10the Gen). The install whent fine but When trying to boot up the computer from the installation the computer hangs at Loading Initial Ram disk. No matter what kernel I try to use the results are the same.

maybe issue with intel-microcode upgrade

try this:
"To bypass the microcode update during system startup, you must instruct the
boot loader (grub, lilo, etc) to pass the "dis_ucode_ldr" parameter
(without the quotes) to the kernel."

Make sure you have the latest BIOS as well.

Seems a FAT32 formatted USB stick will do it under the F7 boot option

The NUC has the latest BIOS. So thats not the problem.
 I tryed typing in the command source: /usr/share/doc/intel-microcode/README.Debian.gz and got this Error.
Error: can't find command ` source:/usr/share/do'.

I followed the instructions on how to add a temporary Kernel Boot Parameter.
The computer still hangs at loading initial ramdisk
