Can't figure out switching two click to one click

I just upgraded to 20.04 and I can't figure out how to switch from double click to single click. I've tried everything I've used in the past but can't find the "performance" . Is there a way to do it through the command line or is there a gui to do it??? Very like I'm just missing something. I seem to do that a lot these days.

If you install dconf-editor you could try this
