Windows Dual Boot Tutorial

Does anyone know of a graphical tutorial of how to create a dual boot of Ubuntu Fiesty Fawn 7.04 and Windows XP professional? Not just a tutorial that you have to read for 5 hours and find information. I am more interested in a tutorial that goes from start to finish with a graphical representation (i.e. screenshots per step) and then information on how to modify the GRUB boot loader menu so that you are not modifying the Windows MBR. Lastly, where to get and download splash screens to modify the look and feel of the GRUB loader menu.

If anyone knows of something similar to this, let me know...if NOT then it is time for me to create one. Especially, since many people want to actually keep their Windows distribution for work purposes. Thanks!
