Apple programs on Ubutnu

Hi
I have been happily using Ubuntu for about 8-9 months and well love it!!! it rules!! slow getting to understand things, But as you all know some companies don't give us any support, in my case it is canon I have a ip4200 printer very nice unit and Ubuntu prints with it well, I guess thank to some very clever person to write drivers for it.
There is a few programs I would like to use on the disc 1 that prints on cd's/ DVD's, The program wont run in wine (bummer) I think they have Apple programs for the printer, will they run? or is there a program like wine for Apple?

unfortunantly I dont think they have released a program for letting apple programs being installed on ubuntu... but you can always try searching the internet for the drivers
