menu grub

*bueno en el menu grub deberia salirme esto: (the grub menu should show this)

*osea dos veces lo de ubuntu y nose como arreglar eso... lei en una parte que se podia modificar este menu entrando en aplicaciones->accesorios->terminal
  y escribir " sudo gedit /boot/grub/menu.lts " despues la contraseña y deberia salir un fichero con informacion del sistema que bootea automatico y mas cosas
  pero me abre una ventana en blanco sin nada si alguien me puede ayudar con eso porfavor.
  ( it shows two times the same links to ubuntu and i don t know how to fix that... i readed that you could modify this menu going into )
  ( aplications->accesories->terminal and write " sudo gedit /boot/grub/menu.lts " and then the pasword and it should appear a window with the information )
  ( about the system that automatically boots and all that stuff but instead it opens a blank window (nothing in it) if someone can help me with this pleasee. )

Te ocurre lo siguiente, has puesto mal el nombre del fichero, es menu.lst .

me equivoque al escribirlo aca... lo escribo con .lst y no pasa nada que puede ser????????'

como saco eso doble que me sale???
lo borro los dos extras del menu nomas?????????

Borra la segunda ocurrencia repetida de cada cosa. Si te fijas, tienes una línea que empieza por "title" y tras unas líneas otra que tiene la palabra "boot" , Ese es el contenido que tendrías que borrar. Esos dos bloques que tengas repetidos. Si lo solucionas recuerda que tienes que postear en inglés indicando que se ha solucionado, gracias.

Borra las 2 repetidas y ya.. la proxima ves que reinicies ya no te aparecerán ;) y tampoco te va a dar error

Bastara con borrarlo, aunque no debe ser tanto un error sino simplemente algo que sucedió al momento de actualizar el grub puedes también desde la consola actualizar el grub "update-grub2" y listo :) o borralo desde el archivo como explican anteriormente
