Can not install Applet on Budgie Applet ( Ubuntu Budgie )

I'm using Ubuntu Budgie 18.04, when I install Pixel Saver Applet on Budgie Applet, this give a nofitcations: "Failed installation of Pixel Saver". Like Pixel Saver, some other Applet as Wheather Applet, Screenshot Applet have also issue.
You have a idea to help me fix it? Please help me.

Using software & updates make sure you are fully up to date.

If that doesn't work then from a terminal

ubuntu-budgie-welcome.budgie-welcome

Then install again from software budgie applets. The output in the terminal will help diagnose why the installation is failing
