Mesa 6.5.0

on the 31rst march mesa 6.5.0 has been released(http://www.mesa3d.org/). I don't know if it's this section in which I should post, but maybe somebody could add the new mesa to the repos of dapper?

I wouldn't speak for the ubuntu release managers, but I think they won't put it on the repos when the release is nearing completion, maybe it'll get in early in the next release cycle. The testing done on the previous release should not be thrown out that easily, because there's risk of regressions happening.

It could even be released for dapper afterwards, when sufficiently tested in the next ubuntu development release cycle...
