Cyrillic alphaber in file names won't show

I am new to Ubuntu. I have many files with names written in cyrillic alphabet.
What should i do to be able to read them?

First open Synaptic Package Manager, input your password and search for package ttf-uralic and t1-cyrillic. Hope it helps.
