Ubuntu 16.04 kernel 4.4.0-78: can't updat; freezes system

With kernel 4.4.0-78, apt-get update can be done only with wireless, not with cable. Also, after a few minutes of operation, the keyboard and mouse cursor freezes. Everything is OK with kernel 3.13.0-86.

Then stick to the 3.13 kernel. Are you having any other issues on the 3.13 kernel?

Can do. But should I submit a bug report - is the 4.4.0-78 not fixable?
